Gefpod Int’l Nig. Ltd. Is committed to; Health, Safety, Security and Environment (OHSSE) management at work place and other related
legislation, as it concerns our activities. Recognises that the occupational health, Safety, Security and Environment Policy of employees,
contractor and any third parties in all areas of our operations, as an integral part of the employer; Gefpod Int’l Nig Limited.
This OHSSE policy displayed how Gefpod and other subsidiary companies will meet their obligations and current legislation relating to;
Occupational, Health, Safety, Security and Environment concerns.
In accordance with the OHSSE policy statement of Gefpod Int’l Nig. Limited, will take good steps to ensure that; Health, Safety, Security and
Environmental issues of; employees, visitors and Contractors/subcontractors, including risk assessment. Gefpod Int’l Nig. Limited will enforce
related measures through;
• Providing Quality, Health, Safety and Security of work environment all time, in assessment of any risk to Life and Property.
• Providing a safe work place, means of access/egress, with employees authority, to intervene, report any Unsafe Act/Unsafe condition
(UA/UC) form.
and Security of employees, including visitors and contractors.
• To provide necessary information/ instruction, Induction, training, procedures, mentoring and supervision to achieve quality, Health, Safety
• To provide related Safe work required working Tools/equipment, machines and maintenance in all GINL operations.
• To develop a positive concerns for Health, Safety, Security and Environment culture throughout the organization
• To eliminate incidents/accidents in our operations, through engagement of qualified personnel to achieve zero incident free target.
• To actively manage Health, Safety and Security amongst all staff with encouragement, welfare and attention to work activities.
This OHHSE policy of Gefpod Int’l Nig. Limited –GINL will be made available to the awareness of all employees, contractors and visitors.
Also any changes made on any GINL policy, will be made available and communicated with available satisfactory means to the knowledge of
everyone concerned.
Gefpod International Nigeria Limited, require all employees, contractors and visitors to strictly adhere to this Policy at all times.
